I archived the log file in the setup of the Kiwi Syslog Service Manager. I went to Schedule and created an archive/zip schedule. After I set it up I clicked run now since I wanted to immediately archive the log file. I can see the zipped archived file in 'C:\Program Files\Syslogd\Dated logs' folder and I can see a the new log file growing in the 'C:\Program Files\Syslogd\Logs' folder. The web interface doesn't see data past when I archived, even after I click refresh. I've also restarted the Kiwi Syslog Server and Utilidev Cassini services. The email support for Kiwi is ridiculous. They don't read what I say in emails and give me suggestions that I clearly state I already did. I already purchased the program for 2 years and not too happy with it so far. I'm sure this is something simple but it's driving me crazy. Thanks for any help.
