Sorry about the long delay in replying. I've been kept pretty busy.
I have opened a ticket with Kiwi:
Update for Case #1175519 - "The Kiwi service keeps stopping"
They asked me to install a previous version 9.5.2 I believe.
We are running 9.6.1.
We had no issues until we migrated the Kiwi Syslog server using the Veeam app.
So I asked Kiwi if we could just re-install 9.6.1 in case something was corrupted during the migration.
Kiwi assisted with the re-install of ver. 9.6.1 yesterday, and the service stopped taking messages again.
The Service says it's running, but no new messages are seen.
I have to stop and restart.
Our customer insists on having debug turned on for his VOIP Cubes and they are sending messages faster than 2 million per hour.
But when we stopped debug and only received less than 100 messages per hour, the service stopped seeing new messages as well.
I will get back with Kiwi support to continue, but I have a CUPS server needing my attention today.
