Does your KSS 9.6.1 enable "Inputs>TCP"?

KSS 9.6.1 was stopped with same Error by receiving TCP.

When only "Inputs> UDP" is enable, KSS 9.6.1 is running without problem.

So, KSS 9.6.1 has a problem receiving TCP logs, I think.
