This is starting to be quite annoying.
We've now got 1 machine with a barely running syslog server where the guy crashes and one syslog test server. If i want to test something on the syslog server it means i have to deactivate the license on the instable server, activate it on the secondary server and risk the unstable server stop working at all. to be honoust i dont want to touch the primary server anymore so i've send the following email to Ruyan and Sales after Riyan said he didnt have the authority to grant this license. But i didnt even get a response from sales:
Hi Riyan and Sales
We’ve created an ticket for this issue 30th may 2017 its now the 6th of July that means we haven’t be able to use our payed for and licensed software in a reliable way for over a month and we invested a lot of time (and in that way money) to troubleshoot a ton of stuff.
The remark that you you don’t have the authority to grant an trial license I’m not too happy about I have to contact sales myself and explain the whole situation myself.
But here it goes anyhow

In order for us to be able to test more and to prevent us to be left with a non working production syslog server because we have to deactivate the license and activate it on our testserver we would like to request an extended trial which can be deactivated as soon as the issue we are experiencing is resolved. I really don’t want to deactivate the license over and over again and risk our production server stops working also.
