If I'm not mistaken, it's been a while since I used it, but I believe that the Kiwi secure tunnel can send syslogs to any syslog listener, not just Kiwi. Due to the fact that kiwi also contains a script engine and can work in tandem with SQL Server and stored procedures, it's a very capable syslog server and there's not a lot it can't do. The other side of that coin is that it takes a lot of development time to make it do even the most basic things that you can do through a GUI with Log Manager and Orion.
You can also always use both. The price point for Kiwi is low enough to make it an easy addition to the cost of an LM or an ORION setup. Then you can have Kiwi forward the logs to a centralized LM Server.
