With just the default configuration of Kiwi, you should see all of your logs in the default display, so if you're not seeing ANY logs, then I would look at the windows firewall settings and make sure you're allowing port udp514, also check any routers or firewalls you might have between your devices and Kiwi for ACLs that might be blocking.
You can also install wireshark and verify that the packets are reaching the server.
