Well, I don't believe I can do that for awhile, our support expired. I submitted a Purchase request on January 10th, I just found out that it was delayed for so long that the quote expired, so the process has to start over again. Also, that means no support until it's paid for. We had support but it expired, so this new purchase is for "24 month maintenance renewal" Per my understanding, this will give us lifetime upgrades, but only 2 years of support.
I'm just trying to get web access back up and running until we can upgrade.
