Thanks for the reply. I already raised a ticket ##741679 long back. But the answer I am not getting satisfactory. The problem lies within the Kiwi Syslog Server itself.
It is saying "invalid certificate provided". I have sent them the same SSL certificate which I used, they are not trying with the certificate provided and simply telling its a port problem or the sender device issue. If there is a problem in port then how TCP and UDP is working on same port? Forget about device, while setting up SSL itself it is showing the error.
Please provide me your mail address, I will send the SSL certificate and the settings details in the mail.
