Does a Wireshark capture show incoming syslogs from that firewall? The error in your screenshot means that the updater cannot reach our server. If you are using a proxy server, please do the fofollowing
1. In Kiwi Syslog, click File\Setup
2. In the left pane scroll down to the Product Updates section
3. Click Use Proxy Server and enter your proxy information
