Did you figure out the solution? I have the same issue. Some Cisco devices are reporting the correct IP, others are 127.0.0.1.

The ldap:// should be omitted.  So my settings (that work now) are: Domain URL:  server.domain.comAuthentication Type:  <blank>, defaults to SecureUser Groups:  Domain Admins

Thanks jpistone@covermymeds.com, That did the trick, it's working for me now too. So it's more Domain Name (fqdn) and not URL.
