Do you have it enabled in the settings? If you go to File -> Settings and then in this dialog under inputs, select SNMP and make sure that is enabled and configured.

That is odd, it does support v1 and v2c and should work. If you can run the diagnostics and send me a note/PM via thwack, I can see if there are any errors in the logs.

Yes, you can add the key and restart the Kiwi server. Many settings use internal defaults unless overridden by a registry entry.

If you go into Setup, and click on Inputs, has the IP address of the system sending SNMP traps been added to the list.

I'm having the exact same issue. The source of SNMP traps is added to the list. The source IP is the Cisco WLC. I've verified that the WLC is forwarding SNMP traps by running Wireshark on the server.
