Also, if you see the output of the netstat command with 9.4 and 9.6. Seems like with 9.6 it does not establish a connection to the port 1468.

If you notice, in the first screenshot, you can see where 1468 is bound to a specific PID 3672, but in the second screenshot, 1468 is also bound to PID 0, which is a system process ID.

Also in 2nd screenshot 1468 is bound to PID 0, which also is in a TIME_WAIT state and nothing in 2nd screenshot with port 1468 is in an ESTABLISHED state.

The script should be added to the rule not a schedule. When the message arrives at the Kiwi server the rule will match the message and one of the actions will be to run the script.
