Have you tried to do this?
To enable TLS 1.2:
- Open Kiwi Syslog Server Setup;
- Select Inputs\Secure TCP;
- Check “Listen for secure (TLS) TCP Syslog messages”;
- Check “TLS 1.2”; (Multiple protocols can be selected at the same time)
