You would want to use Wireshark: https://www.wireshark.org/download.html You will get a packet capture and make sure you are receiving traps from your Linux device.

Hi Roger, bkyle is right. However there should still be an exception handler or an error message either on or before or at the end of the export process and not just sit there forever or like. IMHO

License manager runs fine, shows that the product is licensed. no traffic is coming in and the service won't start.
